Terms and Conditions

Entries Close on 10pm Tuesday, 9th December and winners will be notified by 12pm on Wednesday 10^th December 2025 to claim their prize.

1. The promoter of this competition is Nature’s Finest Food Products Ltd, whose registered office is at 5 Queens Square, Ascot Business Park Lyndhurst Road, Ascot, SL5 9FE (“Promoter”). [This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta.  You agree to release Meta from any liability in connection with the competition.]

2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (mainland only) aged 18 years or over except employees of Nature’s Finest Food Products Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the competition.

3. You can enter the competition by emailing fruity.fix@naturesfinestfoods.co.uk or by completing the form available via a link on our Facebook and Instagram pages between 1^st December 2025 and 9^th December 2025 (the “Closing Date”).  [If you enter via email the email should include your name, telephone number, email address for notifications and address.  If you enter via email and are happy for us to send you marketing emails about our products and offers that may interest you, please add “Yes” to the body of your email.  You do not have to consent to receive marketing information to enter the competition.]

4. All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 10pm on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

5. Entries are limited to one per person.

6. There is no entry fee [and no purchase necessary] to enter this competition. Winners will be chosen at random.

7. Please note that your personal information will be used to process your entry and to contact you about your entry.  The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the PRIVACY POLICY.

8. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

9. The prize is supplied by the Promoter and comprises of 3 x 700g Nature’s Finest fruit pots, and 2 x 400g Nature’s Finest Fruit pots. There is no cash alternative.

10. If necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, the Promoter may (at its option) substitute the prize for: a reasonable equivalent of equal or higher value.

11. Winners will be contacted on email by Nature’s Finest Food Products Ltd on 12pm on the 10^th December.

12. Prizes must be claimed within 7 days by responding to the email or Nature’s Finest Food Products Ltd reserves the right to select another winner.
