TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. @naturesfinestfruit are giving the first 100 people 1 x £2.50 MONP voucher for Nature’s Finest Fruit, in return for participating in a one-time on-line survey.
2. The promoter is Nature’s Finest Food Products Ltd, whose registered office is at 5 Queens Square, Ascot Business Park Lyndhurst Road, Ascot, SL5 9FE (“Promoter”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta. You agree to release Meta from any liability in connection with the competition.
3. The survey is open to residents of the United Kingdom (mainland only) aged 18 years or over except employees of Nature’s Finest Food Products Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the competition.
4. You can participate in the survey by completing the form available via a link on our Facebook and Instagram pages on the 11th of Sept between 5am and 1pm (the “Closing date & time”). You do not have to consent to receive marketing information to participate in the survey.
5. All entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 1pm on the Closing Date.
6. Entries are limited to one per person.
7. Multiple entries from the same IP address will not be allowed.
8. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to participate in this survey.
9. Please note that your personal information will be used to process your entry and to contact you about your entry. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the. 250806 Nature's finest privacy policy FINAL.docx .See also condition 13 and condition 14, with regard to the announcement of winners.
10. By participating in this survey, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
11. The first 100 respondents will be contact on email by Nature’s Finest Food Products Ltd by Tuesday 16th September.
12. Prize must be claimed within 7 days by responding to the email or Nature’s Finest Food Products Ltd reserves the right to select another winner.
13. The winners will receive their prize on or before 30th Sept, but the promoter cannot be held responsible for delays via Royal Mail. (NB there is no cash alternative).
14. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place.
15. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by email at fruity.fix@naturesfinestfoods.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
16. Your details will not be shared with anyone outside of Nature’s Finest food Products ltd.
17. No other Nature’s Finest account is associated with this promotion, communications will ONLY come from @NaturesFinestUK, fruity.fix@naturesfinestfoods.co.uk.
18. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the Promoter will not be legally responsible to participants for any losses that were not foreseeable to the Promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry which are caused by a third party.
19. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
