Terms and Conditions

1. Nature’s Finest are giving 2 people the chance to win a bundle of Nature’s Finest Fruit every month in 2026 starting on 1
2. The promoter is Nature’s Finest Food Products Ltd, whose registered office is at Ascot Business Park SL5 9FE. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta. You agree to release Meta from any liability in connection with the competition.
3. The competition is open to residents of the mainland United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Nature’s Finest Food Products Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the competition.
4. There is no entry fee to enter this competition. Two winners will be chosen at random in each month. Only one entry per person.
5. The prize will consist of 12 x pots of Nature’s Finest fruit per winner. There is no cash alternative.
6. Each monthly competition will start on the first of the month. The closing date each month will be [11:59 pm on the last Friday of the month] and the closing date of the final monthly competition will be 11.59 pm on 23 December 2026.
7. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8. To qualify for the prize draw you need to make a purchase of a Nature’s Finest fruit product from any retailer and post a review on the retailer’s website. You can then enter the competition by emailing fix@naturesfinestfoods.co.uk with a screen shot of your review, your name and email address or by using the link [on our Facebook or Instagram page or at https://recipes.naturesfinestfoods.co.uk/share-the-love-win-the-fruit/enter/]. If you enter via email and are happy for us to send you marketing emails about our products and offers that may interest you, please add “Yes” to the body of your email.  You do not have to consent to receive marketing information to enter the competition.
9. Please note that your personal information will be used to process your entry and to contact you about your entry. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the [PRIVACY POLICY]. See also condition 10 and condition 11, with regard to the announcement of winners.
10. Winners will be contacted on email by the Promoter within 7 days of the closing date of the competition. Names will also be posted on Facebook and Instagram to enable the Promoter to comply with its obligation to make available information that indicates a valid award took place.
11. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by email at fruity.fix@naturesfinestfoods.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
12. Prizes must be claimed within 24 hours or Nature’s Finest Food Products Ltd reserves the right to select another winner.
13. No other Nature’s Finest account is associated with this promotion, communications will ONLY come from @NaturesFinestUK or fruity.fix@naturesfinestfoods.co.uk.
14. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the Promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the Promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the competition or which are caused by a third party.
15. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
