TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. @naturesfinestfruit and @coldpressjuices have teamed up to give 14 lucky people to win 4 x 200g Nature’s Finest fruit pots and 1 x 750ml Coldpress Pink Lady apple juice bottle.

2. The promoter is Nature’s Finest Food Products Ltd, whose registered office is at 5 Queens Square, Ascot Business Park Lyndhurst Road, Ascot, SL5 9FE Nature's Finest Food Products Ltd. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta. You agree to release Meta from any liability in connection with the competition.

3. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (mainland only) aged 18 years or over except employees of Nature’s Finest Food Products Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the competition.

4. You can enter the competition by emailing fruity.fix@naturesfinestfoods.co.uk or by completing the form available via a link on our Facebook and Instagram pages between June 19th and June 29th. If you enter via email the email should include your name, telephone number, email address for notifications and address. If you enter via email and are happy for us to send you marketing emails about our products and offers that may interest you, please add “Yes” to the body of your email. You do not have to consent to receive marketing information to enter the competition.

5. All competition entries must be received by the Promoter at this email address by no later than 11:00 pm on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

6. Entries are limited to one per person.

7. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. Winners will be chosen at random. Only one entry per person.

8. Please note that your personal information will be used to process your entry and to contact you about your entry. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the https://naturesfinestfoods.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/Privacy-Policy.pdf. See also condition 13 and condition 14, with regard to the announcement of winners.

9. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

10. Winners will be contacted on email by Nature’s Finest Food Products Ltd on Wednesday, July 2, 2025.

11. Prizes must be claimed within 7 days by responding to the email or Nature’s Finest Food Products Ltd reserves the right to select another winner.

12. The winner will receive their prize on or before Wednesday, July 2nd.

13. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the surname and county of winners on its Facebook page on July 2nd.

14.If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by email at fruity.fix@naturesfinestfoods.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

15. Your details will not be shared with Coldpress unless your permission is received in writing to fruity.fix@naturesfinestfoods.co.uk.

16. No other Nature’s Finest account is associated with this promotion, communications will ONLY come from @NaturesFinestUK, fruity.fix@naturesfinestfoods.co.uk.

17. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the Promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the Promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the competition or which are caused by a third party.

18. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
